At Fugly Footwear, we stand behind the quality of our products — but due to the nature of our business, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

Returns

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Normal wear and tear

Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Refunds for Defective Products

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we may offer a refund or replacement.

To request a refund for a defective item, customers must:

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos showing the defect or issue
  • Include your order number in the email

Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Refund Approval

Once your request has been reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to provide refunds for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers or customs
  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
  • Minor variations in color or appearance due to screen settings
  • Normal signs of use or wear
