Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as it becomes available.

  • During launches, restocks, or viral moments, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, or local taxes depending on their country’s regulations.

Fugly Footwear is not responsible for any customs charges once the item has shipped.
